What exactly is Tiff-Fit Boot Camp?

Tiff-Fit Boot Camp is a cross-training program that promises fun and effective workouts with the benefit of shared accountability, motivation, and emphasis on form/biomechanics. Boot camp combines cardiovascular exercise with strength training movements using body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands, and other equipment. This class is for people of all abilities who are looking to get into shape, lose weight, tone up, and have fun. What are you waiting for???  You don't have to be ultra-fit to join, you just have to WANT to be!

  • 4 weeks of camp. 2, 3, or 4 days a week of intense, challenging, and fun group exercise
  • Time friendly. Only 50 minutes per class

  • Equipment that challenges all the muscles of the body: bodyweight, dumb bells, resistance bands, medicine balls, kettle bells, stability balls
