CHALLENGE OF THE WEEK: Don’t be “THIS” statistic.
Did you know that nearly half of everyone who committed to a New Years Resolution has already given up or is thinking about quitting right now?
That’s a HUGE percentage of people who were fired up for change, but did not have a strong enough accountability system or put the right plan in place to make their resolutions a reality.
A great quote to remember is: “If you fail to plan, then you plan to fail.”
This week, your challenge is to reignite your excitement for your New Year resolutions.
Challenge: Reach out to 3 people you know- either with a coworker, family member, or a friend and share one of your fitness goals with them!
Take it a step further and create an action plan for 7 days for how you’re going to move closer to this goal. Share your plans with your new accountability partners!
