"I am a 37 year old who had been either pregnant or with a newborn for a total of 3 years. The weight crept on and really stuck around. I was so tired of not feeling my best or fitting into the clothes I love. When Tiffany mentioned she was starting a boot camp, I signed up. The first couple of days, there were things that I couldn’t do (side planks) and I was very upset. But within weeks, that all changed. I’ve completed a Sprint Triathlon, am in great shape and having to buy all new clothes…I even wore a bikini in Vegas! If I can do it, anyone can. It’s really fun!"

I've lost inches, gained strength & confidence, & for the first time in years wore a 2 piece swimming suit to the pool a few weeks ago. Can't wait to see the results from this summer! :)"
