Tuesday--5:00 am group training (Greatwood Training Center gym)

8:00 am boot camp (Sugar Land Memorial Park)
Friday--5:00 am boot camp (parking lot @ Greatwood Training Center)

You will need:
- Yoga Mat (thicker is better)
- Dumbbells (one or two pairs ranging from 5-10 pounds)
- Workout gloves
- Jumprope
- Water,water, water
- Towel
- Appropriate clothing for weather
